Is shipping included in the €600 price?
No. Shipping is charged separately and depends on the delivery destination and number of boxes required.
Where are the records pressed?
The records are professionally manufactured through our trusted pressing partner in Europe.
Do I need to supply vinyl-mastered audio files?
Vinyl-mastered audio is recommended for the best possible result, but it is not mandatory. Professional vinyl mastering can also be arranged for an additional fee.
Does the package include cutting and metalwork?
Yes. The package includes the standard cutting, metalwork, stampers and production setup required for the pressing run.
Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden setup, metalwork or stamper charges for the standard package. Shipping and VAT, where applicable, are charged separately. Optional upgrades are also additional.
Can I supply my own centre-label artwork?
Yes. You can supply your own artwork for the centre labels and outer sleeve. Use our official 12-inch centre-label template: 100 mm label diameter with a 7.3 mm punch hole. Extend the artwork and background colour across the punch-hole area; do not leave that area uncoloured.
What audio format should I provide?
We recommend 24-bit WAV files at the original sample rate, such as 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz or higher. Please do not send MP3 files or other compressed audio formats as production masters.
When will the finished records be available?
The estimated production time is approximately 8 weeks from the confirmed production start date and receipt of approved audio, artwork and payment.
What is the estimated completion date?
Your estimated completion date will be confirmed when your order enters production. Delays in approving artwork, audio or optional test pressings may extend the completion date.
Does the package include a test pressing?
A test pressing is not included in the €600 promotional package. A set of 5 test pressings can be added as an optional extra. When selected, you will be able to approve the test pressing before the full production run begins.
